Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Maxona Shop, including all digital product purchases, commercial licensing rights, and seller accounts.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All products listed on Maxona Shop are digital download assets (e.g., printable templates, graphic bundles, fonts, 3D assets, audio presets). No physical goods will be shipped. Access to your download files is provided immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. Commercial & Personal Licensing

When you purchase a digital item on Maxona Shop, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item according to the listing terms:

  • Permitted: Using assets in commercial client projects, personal creative work, physical printed end products, and digital advertising.
  • Prohibited: Sub-licensing, reselling, sharing, redistributing, or claiming original copyright over raw digital source files.

3. Payments & Security

Payments are securely processed via certified PCI-compliant gateways (Google Pay, PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4. Broken File Replacement Guarantee

If any digital download is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open with standard software, we guarantee a replacement file or complete refund within 48 hours. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
